Which plan is right for my business?
Starter fits brands testing their first creator drops — up to 3 campaigns at a time. Growth is for brands publishing creator content every month, with 15 campaigns, advanced filters and analytics. Scale is for always-on programs that need unlimited campaigns and priority placement in the creator feed. Agency is for teams running creator campaigns on behalf of multiple client brands from one login.
What does the platform fee cover?
Your subscription covers the software; the platform fee applies only when you release money from escrow to a creator. It covers payment processing, escrow protection, dispute handling and creator payouts. It drops as you move up: 12% on Starter, 10% on Growth, 8% on Scale and 6% on Agency.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply instantly — you get the new limits, lower platform fee and extra seats right away, and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your existing plan until then.
How does the referral program work on each plan?
The creator referral program is included on every plan at no extra cost. Creators share their referral link, and they earn 2% of every payout their referred creators receive. Referral commissions accrue as pending earnings and are credited to the referrer's wallet once approved in review — your plan level does not change the rate.
How does annual billing work, and can I cancel?
Annual billing lowers the per-month price and is charged once for twelve months. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at renewal.
